- Subscription & Billing
All subscriptions are billed monthly.
Once a listing is approved and published, all fees are non-refundable.
- Business Information & Content Responsibility
Businesses are solely responsible for providing accurate, current, and truthful information, including descriptions, images, pricing, locations, and contact details.
DBest Picks is not responsible for inaccuracies supplied by the business.
- Listing Review & Approval
All listings are subject to review and approval to ensure they align with the platform’s brand, audience, and quality standards.
- Company Discretion & Listing Removal
DBest Picks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, suspend, reorganize, or remove any listing at any time without prior notice if it:
• Does not align with brand values
• Contains misleading or inaccurate information
• Receives repeated negative feedback
• Violates platform guidelines or community standards
Removal of a listing does not entitle the business to a refund.
- Content Creation Services
Content creation, photography, videography, and promotional services are optional and billed separately unless explicitly included in a package or promotional offer.
- Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Access and visibility will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

While DBest Picks provides consistent exposure, visibility, reach, and engagement may vary based on platform traffic, seasonality, and promotional activity.
Specific results, bookings, or sales are not guaranteed.
- Platform Updates & Modifications
DBest Picks reserves the right to update, improve, or modify the platform, listings layout, and features at any time to enhance user experience.
